FarmGPS for Android

Save places, measure paddocks and work out breaks. It works with no phone signal.

How to install it

  1. 1. Download the app

    Tap the big button above on your Android phone. The file is called FarmGPS.apk and is about 120 MB, so use Wi-Fi if you can.

  2. 2. Open the file

    When it finishes, tap Open on the download message, or find FarmGPS.apk in your Downloads folder and tap it.

  3. 3. Allow the install

    Your phone will say it can't install apps from this source. Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then go back. This is normal for apps that don't come from the Play Store.

  4. 4. Tap Install

    Wait for it to finish, then tap Open. Create your account when the app asks.

Only download FarmGPS from this page. If your phone asks about installing from your browser, that is expected. You can switch the setting off again afterwards.
